Some people feel uncomfortable to join a class due to various limitations and restrictions. They are worried how they will cope with the exercises and dont really know what to expect. If you feel like that you can see me for an initial assessment where I will check your posture, we will discuss any aches and pains, medical history and medication and we will come up with a tailored made programme to prepare you for joining a class where you will feel confident and comfortable. Depending on your physical condition it usually takes between 3-6 sessions. After the initial assessment which will last for 1.5 hours we will then meet up weekly for one hour follow up session to check your progress.
