WEEKLY CLASSES 

All Classes start with a gentle warm up and a stretch. We then have a short cardio drill and also a few minutes using hand weights and then we start our work while lying on the mat and we end with stretches and relaxation.

Each class cost £10 - payment is made for the full month in advance. 

if you are missing a class you can arrange with me to join to any of my other classes within that month.
