ABOUT ME & QUALIFICATIONS

Lifelong Learner

My clients have been with me for few years and they call me a Pilates Practitioner... I am so grateful to be working with wonderful people and be able to help them to improve their health in every sense.

On top of the Level 3 Pilates Diploma, I also have other qualifications as Corrective Exercises Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist.  Healthy eating was always a subject that fascinated me and I have invested 7 years in self studying the importance of correct diet when it comes to healing and recovering from an injury. Lately I have finished my official studies as Nutritional Advisor which I found very useful as I could help my clients to overcome niggling health conditions such as various digestive issues, different forms of arthritis, skin issues, memory loss and other elements of cognitive decline etc. My most recent studies were about Pain Management and I am now a Pain Management Practitioner.

My clients love Pilates and they learn a lot with me no matter how many years they have been with me already - each class they learn something new. They dont miss their classes as they know that Pilates with me means that they can stay active and do the things they love whether it is golfing, playing tennis, hiking, gardening, running, DIY etc

I follow the Pilates technique like Joseph Pilates meant it. I always explain the technique and what to pay attention to, so my clients have full understanding of what is required.

I call my Pilates a Functional Pilates as we learn so many things that are useful for every day life and for getting older and yet stronger and fitter than ever before. My clients look younger each year and they say that now they believe that age is just a number and the sky is the limit.

I teach them how to improve their balance, how to prevent falls, how to stand and walk correctly, how to use the body efficiently and safely and much more.

Doing Pilates regularly should not be instead of other activities like walking or swimming etc it should be in addition to anything else you do as it is the ONLY form of exercise that we use ALL the muscles in the body and we aim to get our muscles in balance as its the imbalance between different muscles that leads to an injury and dysfunction.

If you are in a stage that you are willing to invest time, effort and money in your future health then get in touch. I love working with serious people who are serious about their health.
